Pros
This growing company provides many opportunities for personal and professional growth almost constantly. The senior/upper management truly cares about its employees and asks for feedback all the time in 1-on-1 meetings. They provide an enjoyable work environment because by making employees happy they receive the best work ethic from the employees. They work with you with regard to family/educational necessities and have a relaxed work environment. This is honestly the best company I have been a part of and I could not be happier here!
Cons
A challenge, not necessarily a problem, is that with continued growth comes an increase in work load. This is a challenge presented to all growing companies and WEBstaurant Store works to hire more employees to keep up with that growth
