Pros
They give increasing responsibility to those who want it and are good at what they do. In the 3 years that I have been with the company, I have consistently been given more and more responsibility as I grew professionally. The work environment is work hard play hard. A lot is expected of you (because they care about their employees growth), but there are many things in place to help promote a fun workplace (ping pong, test kitchen, weekly lunches, Nintendo Wii, Foosball, soccer events, etc.). Upper management is always looking for ways to help everyone achieve what they are looking for in a career. In short, if you work hard and learn your role, with all the continued growth the company is constantly going through, there is no reason that this place cannot be seen as a great career. You get out of it what you put into it.
Cons
Keeping up with the growth often demands a much faster paced work environment, but this growth is also their greatest strength. It helps attract individuals wanting to start in a company, learn, and grow.
