MASSIVE amounts of immaturity
Incredibly cliquey
"Rotational" training is unfair and not properly explained from day 1.
Management is young, inexperience, and unprofessional.
60 day probationary period includes having to discover things that they didn't train you on - and if you don't discover these ins-and-outs of the site on your own, they put you down personally and make you feel inadequate not only as an employee but also as a person.
It doesn't matter how hard you work - if they don't like you as a person, they will make sure you don't stick around. I worked 9+ hour days the last 30 days at the company and I was told I was not "an excellent employee" and didn't meet their "excellent employees only" requirement.
Discussion with upper management about your concerns puts a target on your back - as soon as you complain or voice your concerns you should just turn in your resignation.
My first manager did not tell me I was not performing up to standards, by the time my 2nd manager spoke to me, I was 30 days in and it was too late to catch up.
Might be good for a young person right out of college, but if you have any professional experience, STAY AWAY. They do not function as a professional company, and I felt like I was back in college with the mentality of the majority of the employees. It felt like pledging a sorority or fraternity.
