We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of working from home, collaborating with your coworkers, and found the compensation to be appropriate for the position. Production amounts during the onboarding process are on a sliding scale, increasing as employees become more familiar with our process and brand standards. All expectations are laid out in a shared resource to help employees understand new processes. While performance is evaluated on an annual basis after onboarding, employees are aware of their progress both daily and weekly so that they can adjust their workload as needed. Managers touch base weekly with each editor to review metrics and brand standards, fit with the position, and growth opportunities. We encourage employees to speak with their manager directly if they have a concern, but also have an anonymous online form to share any concerns so that action can be taken to correct behaviors that do not align with our core values. Respecting employees and offering them autonomy in their work is important to us and we have shared your feedback with management.
