Pros
-Some managers really make for a great work environment while others can leave you frustrated. -Flexible work schedules with multiple options, optional hybrid/remote work, and flexibility for obligations like picking up kids from school. -Decent starting Benefits/PTO. -Good 401k with 50% match -Large focus on innovation, always new and interesting projects. -Good company culture, but some of aspects have lessened with full remote.
Cons
-Low pay compared to other employers. Leaving & coming back feels like the only way to receive a decent raise. -Constant shifts in management, leading to vastly different work experiences at different points in time. -Benefits start off good but don't increase much during first few years, especially PTO. -Very few company holidays. -Expanding middle management leading to less interaction from above. -Little opportunity to branch out and work in other areas.
