This company really focuses on implementing DiSC Profiles into all aspects of its operations. DiSC is certainly helpful in certain situations, but at times it feels as though they are profiling their employees. If you aren't an "I" or a "D", be prepared to work even harder to prove you can hack it in Customer Solutions. Management is young, and some managers lack both training and management experience. The training period used to be 90-days for Customer Solutions, but was condensed into a 60-day period. The trainers are great at what they do, but due to an extremely high turnover rate, new hire groups start approximately two weeks apart, meaning that the previous new hire groups are left to sink or swim throughout the remainder of training. Also, the vacation/sick time and medical benefits could be better.
