      Pros

      - Teaches you how to become a great software engineer - Lets you work remotely - Great benefits and perks! - Pay is okay - Managers here actually know how to lead programmers and aren't just goofballs who got hired from grocery stores. I say this because the managers here aren't hired off the street unlike my current manager.

      Cons

      - Have to work with bad coworkers (that's why I gave this company a low rating). - Most of my time here was spent working alone instead of with a team. This made the job very lonely.

      If your a good worker please work somewhere else The favoritism is disgusting here even by other warehouse and factory standards management will bully you if they don’t like you and will take advantage of your work ethic until you get so tired of it you just quit
