- Didn't start as micromanaging, but with new leadership, it's terrible. -The warranty department lacks diversity. -Leadership is too invested in people's personal business outside of work. - The job is repetitive and can be boring. - You have to be mindful of what you say to leadership; they'll act as if they're there to support you during 1:1, but then use things against you. - Warranty department lacks diversity BAD again. The phone calls are unnecessary, and they also recently added chat, which was supposed to reduce/ultimately cancel phone calls, but it made the coordinators' job more of a hassle.
