Pros
Great working level-people that care about their work and those around them. Many locations across Ct so that you have options to work front line, back office or corporate.
Cons
Definitely not paid on par with competitors. This bank will expect that your time is their time at all times, and they 're righteous about it. Executive and Senior Management are just "yes" men, chasing what other banks are doing without any real thought for the customer or employee. Zero diversity!
