Pros
Weebly is by far the most understanding and flexible environment I have ever worked in. I am one of the most senior representatives on the floor and the reviews that I have read are far from accurate. There are many aspects of this industry that various employees decide not to embrace. This is still a start up. You need to be able to adapt. Saying "I didn't know this was a sales job" does not cut it. We are here to support and empower our customer's and their businesses. This being said, sometimes they have to purchase services. This is the ebb and flow of the entire industry and anyone who accepted a position here was made well aware of this from the application process. The management team, human resources, quality assurance, and advanced tech support work tirelessly to make sure that we have the tools needed to succeed. Some things get lost in the fray, sometimes there are communication gaps, but I have never had a question or concern go unaddressed. Upper level management and human resources are good people that care the employees. If someone fails to air their grievances through the appropriate channels; this is a reflection on their level of maturity and not the level of understanding Weebly has. I come to work every day and have support, care, and the tools I need to succeed. I am a 10yr industry veteran and I have never seen leadership that cares on this level. This job will give you valuable experience, allow you to speak with interesting and wonderful customers, provide a meaningful business solution, and create a bond with the customers that will keep them with Weebly.
Cons
I do not see any. Anything that could be listed as a con will be addressed if brought up appropriately. There are reviews listed by individuals that never sought the assistance that was right under their nose. Perhaps we could get some fresh veggies in the kitchen, but in all honesty I can cut my own carrots and celery...This company does a lot for me. Especially direct management and HR. You are good people and phenomenal employers.
