Pros

Flexible schedule, catered lunches, great coworkers, frequent team builder events, frequent happy hour events, frequent events in general, culture is amazing, amazing product which makes the customers really easy going, ping pong table and tv's in break room.

Cons

I would recommend a tech background to be able to adapt the fastest. It is open to the world but I have noticed the techie people seem to do the best here. Makes sense though, it is a tech company. Sales is a plus, but tech sales is A++

This has nothing to do with age but it is a very immature place to work. Ive been here for 5 years and seen people come and go not because of performance but because of how you fit in. Its a popularity contest and not based on merit. The management is completely vile. Ive found other work now and glad I can finally say something. Even Godaddy is better than this place.
