Scottsdale location... Friendly and fun culture Lunch is delicious Customer interaction is most often enjoyable Paid maternity and paternity leave Postitive support from management Realistic sales and support expectations Management provides you the ability to use your own discretion and supports you in doing what's truly best for the customer a-holes not welcome :) Oh, and ping pong. Definitely ping pong! A great place for savvy, intelligent young professionals to gain tech sales experience in a progressive environment.

Cons

Not much to say here other than a high cost of health insurance if you're supporting a family which is understandable given the vast majority of CSAs are unmarried and without children.

This has nothing to do with age but it is a very immature place to work. Ive been here for 5 years and seen people come and go not because of performance but because of how you fit in. Its a popularity contest and not based on merit. The management is completely vile. Ive found other work now and glad I can finally say something. Even Godaddy is better than this place.
