Pros
You could make a lot of money if you can work fast because they pay based on production. You work on your own and theres no micro managing. Can go home whenever you finish your work for the day.
Cons
Can be difficult to balance going fast to make money and doing a good job that doesn't result in complaints from customers. The customers can be awful, they can be rude and expect you to be in control of things that you aren't but most of the time the customers are okay. At the shop i worked at we had good management and a great work environment until our manager and assistant manager got fired resulting in the owner of our branch filling in as manager who was not very friendly. After our managers were fired, literally everybody at that shop quit or were fired. I only heard one employee survived their and i imagine they had to refund all their customers.
