Pros
▪︎Fairly flexible schedule ▪︎Working from home (if that's up your alley) ▪︎Good co-workers
Cons
▪︎Unempathetic - During our training session, a sales manager told us that we have to get a sale no matter what and proceeds to tell us about a time she made a sale off someone who just lost their father - When I asked for time off in relation to the loss of a parent, I got asked when I'd make that time up cause I was one of the "top people" and they wanted me working as much as possible ▪︎Some immature managers - Saw a manager in a work chat tell someone they get rid of people like him that "blame others for their shortcomings and stay losers forever" [direct quote from my screenshot] ▪︎Managers that don't always listen to employees - When I was first starting, a manager made a typo in my email so I didn't get the email telling me when I'd start. Tried to make it seem like it was an error on my part. The mistake didn't bother me cause we're human, but be accountable. - I told a manager that I'd do a better job in customer service than sales. Got told it was bogus cause the two are the same only to be moved to customer service cause of how much better I was at that. Also getting told not to do a survey on our experience with this company unless it was a 5-star review just takes away from the integrity of the review. I don't like that either.
