Pros
The training was sub par - it failed to cover day to day work flows and focused more on the company culture and history of cannabis.
Cons
-Micromanaging to the greatest degree. -Insecure and tyrant middle management - they bring in leaders from bogus companies like Career Builders, who have no idea how to even operate Salesforce correctly. -The company constantly changes their pricing for their services (the clients refer to them as GreedMaps for reasons I hope you never experience) -They use a very outdated, legacy real-estate type of business model - the majority of legitimate marketing companies migrated to CPC years ago.. -Complete disregard for small business owners - they will straight up ask you to nickel and dime (I'd go as far as even rob) smaller businesses and force them to compete with large brands, pushing them into financial turmoil. (I expressed numerous time the financial states that their Mom & Pop clients were experiencing in this bear market. Leadership's response is to sell them additional software products that work 50% of the time, ultimately causing greater set backs for their clients. -Software is trash (specifically API and POS integrations) they are basically a marketing company trying to pose as a Saas company with zero UX development -Unpredictable layoffs - 10% at the end of 2022 with no notice - As soon as the market took a down turn in July 2022 their response was raising prices by 60% for both their new and existing clients. -Poor SOW's and workflows across the entire company. -Everyone who works their is miserable and it stems from leadership. -They are the epitome of a greedy, money-eating machine and contribute to the untrustworthy reputation of the cannabis industry (ironically transparency is written in their mission statement, which is the complete opposite of everything you will experience while working here. -At the end of the day..(you will hear this phrase three times a day in every meeting with a leader) the company has a complete disregard for conducting ethical business with both their employees and clients. Steer away from this sinking ship.
