Cons
1)You will forget what is weekend or off work because there is NO at all, you need to standby 24/7, work at home when you are off, even if when you get sick. 2) you need to work at warehouse frequently( more than 3 times a week, 1 hour each time at least), especially before holiday season. 3) No career development. Managers always come up with unbelievable requests with unclear instructions. If you are lucky enough to fulfill, you will be praised orally, no promotion, no salary raise. 4) Poor health insurance, no 401K.
