I really enjoyed working with my colleagues, they were supportive, collaborative, and made the workplace enjoyable. I also appreciated the extensive exposure to production, which gave me plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
Cons
The company has struggled with its internal structure for quite some time, which often led to complicated communication chains. This created unnecessary stress and a lack of clarity in everyday work.
