Pros
- 25% off h and m group and also occasional member benefits allowing you to use multiple discounts on top of staff - clothing allowance to spend in store on clothes to wear while working, even better if you’d wear the clothes outside of work too - staff is so friendly and welcoming makes shifts a lot better - get an hour break and 20 minute break (paid) when doing longer shifts
Cons
- antisocial work schedules with some shifts starting at 6:30am and some ending at 22:00pm - makes it hard to have a work life balance - not the best pay £12.15 an hour if 21+ considering it’s so central - does get really busy especially at weekends and peak periods of the year - management is okay but not the best, training wasn’t very thorough and was sort of expected to know a lot very suddenly. But it is easy to get used to
