Pros
Will allow you to work there with no experience in the industry(later to find out theres a reason for this-so that they can take advantage of you).
Cons
Illegally did not pay myself and co-workers over-time and will not even thank you for it-act like its expected, then if you try to clock in the over time your managers will stand over your shoulders telling you its not allowed. When asked they repeat themselves. Will give you managers work when a manager leaves but will not promote you. Ridiculous "incident reports" i.e any time a resident calls in to complain about even the simplest thing and YOU answer the phone(no they will not distribute it evenly amongst you and your peers), you have to make a report on it, not just any report- a long, detailed, particular writing style of a report that you have to wait to get approved by management, and make edits on. Meanwhile try getting that done when your office is always busy with an influx of residents and prospects. Manager gets paid the same as a "weekend staffer". Some extremely rude, yet favored managers. Training? What training? Healthcare there is a joke unless youve been working with the company for 4 or 5 years. High school atmosphere.
