Pros
LOVED my coworkers. Weinstein really does hire the nicest people. They are very structured and you know what the policies are, and when they change, you get it in writing which is awesome because I've worked for employers who changed policies verbally all the time and it was stressful and confusing. I took advantage of their health care although I felt it was hella expensive. It covered a lot and turned out to be really good coverage. I'm sad to say that I've worked for my share of shady, unethical people. I was so proud to represent the Weinstein family. They are just genuine, kind, and sincere and I can't express that enough.
Cons
I am not one to bat an eye at a little hard work, but holy smokes, there is always a lot to do. I like staying busy because of course, it makes the day go by faster, but sometimes I would just get home and collapse. For your first 90 days, you get a review every two weeks, which is good because you always know were you stand, but it does feel like overkill after awhile.
