Pros for me would be that it’s a family‑oriented company. Everyone is down‑to‑earth and approachable. The investment in employee growth is also a huge factor for me. I appreciate how much we’ve expanded into new regions and how strongly the company promotes inclusion. I strive to always be part of something bigger than myself, and WP offers initiatives I may not have thought of on my own. They truly value and solicit feedback from onsite teams frequently and always strive to streamline processes for both our residents and our teams.
Cons
As for cons, I honestly don’t have many if any at all. I love working for WP, which is why I’m going on year 16! It’s a joy to be able to say you like where you work, but I’m privileged to say I truly love where I work.

Thank you for sharing this and for your amazing 16 years with WP. That kind of commitment means so much to us. We’re glad you’ve experienced the family atmosphere, growth opportunities, and focus on inclusion firsthand. Listening to our onsite teams and creating real paths for advancement will always be priorities. We appreciate everything you’ve contributed over the years and are grateful to have you on the team.
-The culture is very welcoming
-You can learn things at your own pace, there's no rush to be perfect
-Weinstein is clearly dedicated to making every resident and employee happy and comfortable.
-doctract is such a good resource for all new employees
-everyone has been helpful and supportive throughout my training
-Lots of opportunities for employees to grow
Cons
-I wish there was more 1 on 1 time with trainer
-Saturdays are extremely difficult being a new employee, I would prefer if it was pushed back until 90 days or 60 for more experience first
- It is a lot of information at once, a physical paper giving step by steps for difficult or multi-step things would be nice. However, I understand there's no need because of doctract, it is just hard to pull this up while having a resident or prospect in front of you.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a newer team member at Weinstein Properties. We’re glad to hear you’ve felt welcomed and supported by the culture and team environment. It’s also great to know resources like Doctract have been helpful during your onboarding experience.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding training and the transition into weekend responsibilities. We understand how much information can come at once in a new role, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving the support and training resources we provide for new employees. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective, and we wish you continued success with Weinstein Properties.
I’ve had a really positive experience with this company in my role as a Regional Manager in Atlanta. There’s a strong support system here and a genuinely welcoming, family-like culture that you don’t always find in this industry.
The training and development have been a standout for me—they’ve given me the tools and confidence to step into this role and succeed. I also appreciate the quality of the assets we manage. Being able to oversee well-maintained, attractive properties makes a big difference in both performance and pride in the work.
I’m grateful for the trust leadership has placed in me. It’s clear that collaboration, innovation, and growth are priorities, and that shows in how teams work together and how leadership engages with the field. I feel set up to succeed and motivated to exceed operational goals.
Cons
None directly tied to company performance. The organization is highly structured—which drives consistency and operational excellence—but it can take time for new leaders to fully ramp up within that framework.
