Pros
I have worked for Weinstein Properties for 3 years now, and plan on going NOWHERE! Not only have I been invested in, promoted, and encouraged I also feel at home with this company. All of corporate, including the co-presidents all at some point communicate and care about you as an individual. They remember birthdays, work anniversary's, celebrate new babies, and send you cute emails to lift you up throughout the year. Another major area that I value is a company that stands behind you. When you are having a tough day, need the backing of your company to support you through hard decisions or hard people, I know 100% that Weinstein trusts me and will stand behind my decisions. They value my opinion, guide me to a positive resolution if needed all the way until the end. It shows a lot about a company lastly when thinking about who your direct report is. My direct report is the Regional Director of all Austin/Cedar Park communities. She is extremely responsive, uplifting, and supportive. Rain or shine my director will tackle each day, in the office or not providing a fast and effective response. Because of all the positive structure I have behind me, I am able to be an effective manager to my community and support my team in turn the best way I have been taught how. Thank you Weinstein Properties for allowing me on your team, and I am happy to call myself a part of the Weinstein family!
Cons
Every now, and then I would continue to re-introduce the people in the corporate offices and what areas they cover. Although its easy for me to remember being here so long, new employees have a hard time knowing who to communicate with if they need something taken care of. Ex: Deposit accounting, move out statements, ledgers, etc.
