Unfortunately the cons far outweigh the one pros:
-Favoritism runs rampant in this company. If you are friends with the director then your career will go far, bad behavior is overlooking, inappropriate relationships ignored, etc. Mean girls club all day!
-Maintenance is prioritized over leasing staff. Maintenance staff can perform poorly, display bad behavior and even get demoted but are put in positions of leadership and paid more once they become desperate enough. Leasing and managers however can perform poorly and be shipped out in a second.
-Lacks diversity!!!!!!! Pay attention people, if you look at the leadership page on their website their isn't one person that is any shade of brown in sight and its that way at the property level too. I think all the managers who were people of color have all been fired. They make you take diversity training but they do not actually have a diverse team of leaders.
-This is a customer focused company so that means employees come second. Pay is less than the industry standard and the customer is given anything they want if they throw enough of a fit, disrespect included. The compensation they do offer is patronizing, offering things like ice cream day and the ability to wear jeans for one reason or another.
