Pros

Benefits, rent discount, coworkers (not management) are nice people.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. I don't know how my manager has been there as long as she has! I have never been in the leasing field before and on my THIRD day, my coworker had a day off (because they had worked a week and a half straight). My manager told me to "act like she wasn't there" and to "handle everything on my own." This made me feel like I couldn't ask any questions. How am I supposed to learn? My manager also left for lunch and never came back for the rest of the day. My coworker told me that they write their own reviews so that is why it is hard to find negative reviews. You are way underpaid for what is expected of you. The brutal schedule leaves you with no time to have a life outside of work. I was scheduled for seven days straight. I wondered why their turnover rate for leasing consultants was so high/why they hired me so quickly... now I know. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

-The culture is very welcoming -You can learn things at your own pace, there's no rush to be perfect -Weinstein is clearly dedicated to making every resident and employee happy and comfortable. -doctract is such a good resource for all new employees -everyone has been helpful and supportive throughout my training -Lots of opportunities for employees to grow

Cons

-I wish there was more 1 on 1 time with trainer -Saturdays are extremely difficult being a new employee, I would prefer if it was pushed back until 90 days or 60 for more experience first - It is a lot of information at once, a physical paper giving step by steps for difficult or multi-step things would be nice. However, I understand there's no need because of doctract, it is just hard to pull this up while having a resident or prospect in front of you.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience with this company in my role as a Regional Manager in Atlanta. There’s a strong support system here and a genuinely welcoming, family-like culture that you don’t always find in this industry. The training and development have been a standout for me—they’ve given me the tools and confidence to step into this role and succeed. I also appreciate the quality of the assets we manage. Being able to oversee well-maintained, attractive properties makes a big difference in both performance and pride in the work. I’m grateful for the trust leadership has placed in me. It’s clear that collaboration, innovation, and growth are priorities, and that shows in how teams work together and how leadership engages with the field. I feel set up to succeed and motivated to exceed operational goals.

Cons

None directly tied to company performance. The organization is highly structured—which drives consistency and operational excellence—but it can take time for new leaders to fully ramp up within that framework.

That kind of feedback is helpful as we continue to grow. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to have you on the team.
