Pros
Competitive compensation, more than sufficient paid time off both. Thee company invests in their employees and tries to promote within as opposed to hiring for upper positions. 401k matching along with offering health savings plans. Corporate is always asking for ideas on how to make our careers more exciting and fun and they truly listen! They have taken such good care of me no matter what! I truly feel like I am part of a "family" here and thats something not a lot of folks can say about their employer.
Cons
Insurance isn't the best. The plans that offer better coverage are rather expensive while the less expensive plans don't even kick in until you've met a ridiculously high deductible. If your someone that rarely goes to the doctor unfortunately your handing money over to an insurance company that will be of no benefit to you unless something catastrophic happens.
