Pros
Some days could be easy going. Many of the employees that have been there for at least a few years are good people and easy to get along with.
Cons
Some of the managers that I worked under were very unpersonable. A lot of unaccountability in the upper levels in the store, everything was always someone else's fault. The store also had a very high employee turnover because management gave a job to almost anyone. Cashiers also had to work in all departments instead of hiring dedicated employees for produce, dairy, etc.
