Poor Upper Pharmacy Management/ Coordination - Pharmacist Weis Markets Employee Review

The vacation policy for pharmacists is a joke. You need to put in your entire year's worth of vacation you would like to request off by the November of the previous year. There is only one pharmacy scheduler for the entire company! Needless to say there are always mistakes with vacations, despite having to put in your requests over a year in advance. The upper pharmacy management has totally lost touch with what it means to work as a pharmacist in a retail setting. It seems as though the company is growing too quickly and doesn't seem to be able to keep up. Everything usually feels like a "scramble" to get things done on a management level.
