Pros
There's plenty of other friendly employees looking to talk and get through the day. Supervisors are nice and help make things go by smoothly.
Cons
It is extremely repetitive after only an hour. Management is rude and unforgiving. Employees who slack off don't receive any sort of repercussion, leaving you feeling like your work hasn't paid off. No opportunity for raises or growth within the company if starting part time.
