Pros

The hours are flexible and the people you work with were sometimes ok. That's really all I can say about it.

Cons

1.Manager constantly wants to cut hours and would rather the store be short. 2. Only one of the 5 managers knew how to do their jobs so if you closed with them good luck. 3. They would hire people who just constantly wouldn't show up and no show but there wouldn't be any punishment because it was saving them hours. 4. The managers would let certain people get away with everything they wanted to no matter what because they liked them. 5. Customers were terrible and managers would never defend their customer service associates making us all feel stupid. There is just too much to list
