Pros

It's a job while one looks for other employment.

Cons

Schedules are often not posted until one week in advance. Training is minimal for every position. Very little communication between management and employees. Attitudes on management's part are quite negative. Employees will tell you they don't like working for Weis as evidenced by the turnover rate. Employees are not trusted to do their jobs correctly and are constantly micromanaged either by live supervisors or by being watched on camera. Big Brother is watching.
