      Easy to bond with your peers, customer interaction limited, small and easy to navigate department

      Cons

      Constant pressure, little reward for going the extra mile (ie working overnight shifts), they will make you switch departments even if yours is busy

      -Easiest retail management you can hold. -Very good work life balance if you run your business well. -Pay is good for effort required

      Cons

      -Senior leadership of operations is Wal-Mart -Field leadership tries to do the right thing, but nothing is progressed because of senior leadership. -Do not come to the company with ideas. Come work for this company if you like doing what you’re told with no independent thought.
