      Good coworkers and front end manager. She really awesome person. Angel is the best

      Cons

      Dealing with self checks can be a challenge. I wish the self checks wouldn't need employee to verify items in bag. When doing alcohol should not need override. Need more registers open.

      Pros

      -Easiest retail management you can hold. -Very good work life balance if you run your business well. -Pay is good for effort required

      Cons

      -Senior leadership of operations is Wal-Mart -Field leadership tries to do the right thing, but nothing is progressed because of senior leadership. -Do not come to the company with ideas. Come work for this company if you like doing what you’re told with no independent thought.
