Bad management Over worked Bossy associates who are not your boss Lazy workers No training Food is always spoiled and out dated Complaint from customers I hop takes over the dairy refrigerator with carts shoved every where a trip hazard Bad management who doesn't care about family especially ones with a disabled person living with them for their care. They lie about hours instead of the norm 32 they try to cram 34-35 hours. No benefits. No health care for 35 hours technically full time they mark it as part time . Shirts don't fit. Creepy associates with starring problems. Everyone knows everyone's business. Gossip flies. The store has a problem with lazy workers . The ones who work are take. Advantage of and the ones who don't stay. Pay is awfully low it's minimum wage. Others are paying 10-11 dollars for the same job. Management is cheap. People hour themselves to get out of work. And they try to switch your shift with out notice. Also be warn they try to fire you over the phone instead in person while on the clock. The law stated you must be on the clock for you to be terminated of such actions. Instead of that you must have a written warning, a verbal a coaching then termination. Leads and managers who think they are in charge doesn't follow policy. Violation of cleanliness of the back room rats ans mice were in he back munching on food on pallets on the floor. Rude people including truck drivers. On my nicest person was one farmworkers the rest were morons.
