Managers don't care about overnight crew. Managers will lie about anything to get you in the door. Always shorthanded. You will work every weekend. You will work every holiday with no holiday pay. You will be required to do things that aren't in your job description. No matter what you do it isn't good enough. Managers will go against corporate's orders and lie about store progress to make themselves look good. Grocery pallets are shipped with chemicals on top of food products. Always short on necessary supplies. Managers are allowed to play Pokemon go during the day but night shift isn't allowed to have ear buds while working.
