These people are horrible - Cashier Weis Markets Employee Review

I began working here over 6 months ago at a brand new store. Through those months many managers have changed and many people have quit. A few of the employees that quit just walked out. This place is just like a high school, monitors are all just friend groups, they do nothing but stand around and talk. Management act like they either don't care or have no consideration on how to help and better the employees, they would rather tear them down and cut down their hours. I've seen monitors ignore coworkers who needed things, I even witnessed a monitor getting a call that a cashiers father had had a heart attack and was in the hospital, instead of telling the cashier immediately, he waited over an hour because the store was busy. I will never work at a grocery store again. It was horrible.
