Pros
Coworkers can be decent at the store level. You’ll get lots of experience doing lots of different kinds of jobs and learn a lot about working with the public at large.
Cons
You will not be respected as an employee. You will be lied to about having a promotion in your future just to keep you working hard. The pay is terrible unless you e already been working there for decades and the benefits are expensive. If you work in a fresh department you’ll be required to wear “shoes for crews” they are horribly made and you have to buy them with your money, if you don’t have soar feet you will. Only take a job here if your desperate.
