Absolutely horrendous - Anonymous employee Weis Markets Employee Review

Upper management treats everyone like garbage, expectations are way too high. They cut hours and expect same or better results. Stress level is through the roof for a job that takes no intelligence. Too many people in suits getting paid nice salaries and doing nothing but looking over your shoulder. If you work there you will get reprimanded for things that happen on your days off or vacations. Worst work environment I have ever experienced, the president and vice president should be ashamed.
