Great people horrible company - Pricing Analyst Weis Markets Employee Review

The company upper managment has no clue what the market is doing and just decides to be the high priced guy evetytime. Which leads to negative growth and then less profit so they cut hours of the workers to save money which means customers recieve little to no customer service so they shop elseware. Not a good business plan. Only get paid once a month so the company can earn interest on your money. Benefits are not competive. Extra $1000 to add a spouse to your insurance. One week of vacation AFTER working one year. 1% "raise" Worked from 7am until 5:30pm and still and was expected to work longer including weekends.
