You name it. My son got written up as he left last Thursday during the blizzard here so that he could make it home safely. Called off the next day and they harassed my home by calling like every hour to see if he could come in. Has worked there for almost 4 years and is only making $8.00 an hour. I keep telling him to find another job but he has not but I think this may be it. Managers throw all their work on him and expects him to get it all done.While working there his manager said he will refuse customers to use the rest room. Management there does NOT care about customers. I refuse to shop at Weis anymore.
