Pros
The customers were often very friendly, but you always have the handful that drive you crazy! A lot of people had issues with upper management but those were usually the people that were not following policies and procedures.
Cons
There was a lack of communication between the corporate office and the stores. A lot of things would go wrong at store level that could have easily been avoided if there was better communication.
