      Pros

      It differs from store to store, but at least at mine the people are friendly and very nice. Asking for time off generally isn't a hassle, if we have the help for the time requested off.

      Cons

      Low pay and senior management really doesn't seem to attempt to retain anyone.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
