      Pros

      The "associates" I have come to know are now considered more like family than friends. Easy to get along, everyone respects everyone. Customers get the upmost respect and friendliest service.

      Cons

      No benefits for the people who work hard. It really all about seniority, which in some cases is not a fair way to advance. Certain staff are definitely "clicky" meaning favoritism runs this company...not good!!

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
