      cant really give any pros.

      poor management, the District Mangers change way to often.just as you get used to one change new one comes along and changes it again.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
