Management is overall competent and open to communication, environment is welcoming, hiring practices seem to be diverse and inclusive. Medical Insurance is available for both part-time and full-time employees.
Cons
Company seems to be reluctant to raise pay to a livable wage for all employees across states, they also dislike hiring a full staff, and are slow to replace employees who leave, though this could be due to the low pay making Weis less appealing than some of their competitors, thus bringing in fewer potential new hires.
