      Vacation pay, sick time, personal day, great coworkers!!

      Cons

      Bad Management! Watch out or you’ll stay for 4 years like I did leave while you can they put tons of work loads on me and never got any help during holidays only one person but that’s nothing but I help produce and grocery or sucked but I did it for the pay.

      Pros

      -Easiest retail management you can hold. -Very good work life balance if you run your business well. -Pay is good for effort required

      Cons

      -Senior leadership of operations is Wal-Mart -Field leadership tries to do the right thing, but nothing is progressed because of senior leadership. -Do not come to the company with ideas. Come work for this company if you like doing what you’re told with no independent thought.
