Pros
The onboarding and interview process is easy - just a quick drug test and availability screening.
Cons
Low pay and overwork - bad even for retail since no wage increase for employees even after COVID-induced inflation. Relies too much on expendable seasonal student workers rather than hiring more full-time staff. Constantly short-staffed and many workers are overwhelmed. Switched Managers and Assistant Managers multiple times in less than a year.
