      very flexible with scheduling, coworkers tend to be more easygoing

      Cons

      low pay for what could be split up into 5-6 different jobs, and no room for growth, usually understaffed, high turnover rate, poor cleaning quality in store, often met with people against the LGBTQ+ community both as customers and management.
