Pros
-Great part time job to help with school - Decent money back in 2015 - great way to start a new person in the working field allowed for better communication skills - very good flexibility
Cons
-Bad Pay does not keep up with industry anymore - More work less pay - Promotes those who only kiss butt and not work hard - no one has a backbone in management or corporate cannot make a decision - if you are too good or fast at your job you get told you're doing it wrong or you are questioned (online shopping area) - a lot of high schoolers work there which is fine but the adults act like them too
