      -Nothing is ever good enough -you’re capped out in pay -treat workers horrible -never have enough help but they still expect more and more from you -pay -benefits are horrible -stress

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
