      - Co-workers are often very friendly - Flexible scheduling - Weekly pay

      Cons

      - Management is often rude and unsympathetic - Favored employees are allowed to get away with certain behaviors that others aren't (using phone during work hours, standing around and chatting, etc.) - Poor pay for the work you put in - Hours can be inconsistent - Poor communication

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
